At Juliska, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your pre-paid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping materials to ensure they arrive safely and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
